Before joining the NCUA, Mr. Kreoger was the Chief Operating Officer of RP, an 8(a) SDVOSB specializing in enterprise information technology and financial and disaster recovery support services. Under his leadership, RP earned national recognition for its rapid growth and innovation, including honors from Inc. Magazine, Washington Business Journal, and Monster. The company was recognized as a Top Workplace, named to the Inc. 5000 and Vet100 lists, and featured among the fastest-growing and largest veteran-owned businesses in both national and regional rankings.

From 2017 to 2020, Mr. Kreoger served at the EOP in the White House Office and Office of Administration, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, ultimately serving as Chief of Staff for Management & Administration (M&A). In this capacity, he served as the principal advisor to the Assistant to the President for M&A, directing enterprise strategy and resource alignment to advance administration priorities. He oversaw mission-critical White House operations and led the coordination of policy development, executive communications, and interagency efforts to ensure compliance and alignment with Presidential directives.

Prior to his White House service, Mr. Kreoger spent eight years at GSA.  As a Contracting Officer, he managed a multi-billion dollar contract portfolio and supported major agency and government-wide initiatives. He applied his expertise in federal acquisition, program management, and budget to advance strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement reform efforts across the federal government.

Mr. Kreoger has been recognized as one of Virginia Business Magazine’s 100 People to Meet in 2025 and Washington Business Journal’s People to Watch. In 2024, he received the Washington Business Journal’s LGBTQ Business Leader of the Year award. His White House service earned him two Presidential Service Awards and a U.S. Navy Service Award for his leadership and contributions to the Administration. Earlier in his career, he was recognized by the University of Illinois and Kansas City Magazine for his professional and civic achievements, and at GSA, he received multiple awards for leading organizational restructuring initiatives, driving change management efforts, and advancing federal workforce initiatives.
